Focus on: Well-Check
The Well-Check service enables people leaders to take a proactive approach to help support the wellbeing of teams experiencing prolonged stressful periods or high-intensity work. They are vital to the wellbeing of team members and high-performing teams.
Early intervention is the best form of prevention. A Well-Check allows people leaders to:
- Better connect with their team members.
- Identify risks to individuals and the provision of strategies for team members' self-care.
- Identify risks to the team and the organisation, and gain insight into impacts on team performance.
How we run Well-Checks
A Well-check is implemented as a one-off or recurring initiative, depending on the circumstances. It is a team or group intervention but delivered in a one-on-one format.
What Well-Checks are not
A Well-check is a preventative, proactive support intervention. It is not a reactive service similar to a welfare check, which involves urgently contacting a distressed individual.

Please note fee authorisation is required before we can deliver the service. It is important we match a consultant for the work therefore the first session may be delivered in up to 2-3 weeks from the time the signed proposal is received.
